Every Summit home starts with a conversation. We meet with you, in person or by phone, to learn how you live, what you need, your budget and your timeline. If you are interested in one of our available homes, we walk you through it and answer every question.

Design your home
Next, working with our architect, we turn your ideas into a plan. We work through the floor plan, exterior style and finishes, bringing in modern architecture and smart, functional layouts that make your home different from everything else on the street.

We build it right
With the design approved, our team gets to work. We build with quality materials and proven methods made for Central New York winters, and we keep you updated from the foundation to the final finishes.

Move in
Before closing, we walk through every room with you to make sure everything is exactly right. Then we hand you the keys to a home built above the rest, and we stand behind it after you move in.

How much does a Summit home cost?
Pricing starts at about $250 per square foot, depending on the size of the home, the lot and the finishes you choose. Contact us for current pricing on available homes or a quote for a custom build.
How long does it take to build a home?
Most homes take about 6 to 10 months from the day the contract is signed to the day you get the keys, depending on size, permitting and weather. We give you a clear schedule up front and keep you updated at every stage.
What areas do you build in?
We build throughout New York State, with most of our homes in Upstate New York, from Syracuse and the Finger Lakes to Rochester, Buffalo, Albany and the Hudson Valley.
